I've always faced situations where i've felt "I think we're spending so much time on this process where no real value is added and the actual value delivery starts after finishing it"
I go into what type of data available. They range from structured, unstructured, or semi-structured data. I take time in understanding the form and shape of data.
Finally i start testing a process, build the logic (and fail multiple times), and finally come to an MVP output which deilvers the core features.
